Ingredients
What you need:

Bread:
6 Eggs
½ c. Cottage Cheese
½ c. Chicken, minced
1/8 c. Meat Flour
½ tsp. Sea Salt
½ c. Cream Cheese

Filling:
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
4–6 Turkey sandwich meat, slices
4–6 Roast Beef sandwich meat, slices
1½ c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Topping:
1 c. Marble Cheese, grated
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Â
Bread:
Process all bread ingredients in food processor
Pour onto  12" x 18" jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes
Remove bread from baking pan, place on counter with parchment paper underneath
Â
Filling:
Spread Mozzarella Cheeseevenly on top of the bread.
Layer row of Turkey Slices across the top of bread lengthwise, don’t overlap too much
Layer row of Roast Beef slices below Turkey Slices, leave a space between slices

Spread Cheddar Cheese evenly over meat and exposed bread
Carefully roll Sandwich lengthwise, using parchment paper under it to help guide you. Don’t wrap paper into Sandwich Roll
Place roll onto  jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. Fold the ends of parchment paper under the roll, leaving a couple of inches or so on both sides for fallen cheese
Sprinkle Marble Cheese on top of Sandwich Roll and put in oven. Bake at 350°F for 5 - 8 minutes
Then broil for 3–5 minutes. Watch so Sandwich Roll doesn’t burn or paper catch on fire
Remove from oven, place roll on cutting board and cut into 10–12 pieces
Serve or store when coolin lidded container

Note:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Leftovers can be heated up using small frying pan with butter and fry both sides
