Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
2 c. Heavy Cream
3 Egg Yokes, raw
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Beat Cream Cheese in a bowl with mixer until it soften
Add Heavy Cream and beat until thick
Add Yokes and Sea Salt, mix
Place in a parchment covered loaf pan 9 x 5 inches
Freezer for overnight
10 servings
