Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/8 c. Cottage Cheese Flour
1 Egg Yolk
2 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven 350°
Place all ingredients in bowl
Mix well
Divide into 11 meatballs, Approx. 3oz. each
Squeeze each slider together then roll like meatball
Lightly flatten out to 2.5 inches’ round
Place on parchment paper covered 10 x 15 inch sided baking pan
Bake 28 minutes
