Ingredients
What you need:
4 Wieners
4 Cheddar Cheese slice 3/8 in. Â
4 Beef Bacon Slices
8 Eggs, raw
1 tsp. Mustard
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. White Pepper
2 Tbsp. Bacon Fat for frying
1/2 c. Sour Cream, full fat
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°
Grease 8x8 baking dish with bacon grease
Boil wieners for 10 minutes
Move wieners to plate let cool, to make easier to handle
Split wieners lengthways not cutting quite through
Insert cheese in each
Wrap with bacon
Use toothpick to hold bacon down
Place on a parchment paper lined pan (only cover bottom of sided pan)
Move wrapped wieners to pan, keep space between
Broil 5 minutes
Move cooked wieners to prepared 8x8 baking dish
Remove tooth picks
Set oven to 350°
In bowl add Eggs, Mustard, Sea Salt, White Pepper
Beat with fork
Preheat frying pan with Bacon Fat
Pour in Egg mixture
Using spatula stir Egg mixture to make scrambled eggs
When eggs are scrambles and cooked remove from heat
Add Sour Cream, stir
Place on top of stuffed wieners evenly in baking dish
Sprinkle with Grated Cheddar Cheese
Place in oven for 15 minutes
Serve
