Ingredients
What you need:
6 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Beef Bacon Fat, melted
1/2 c. Meat Flour
1/8 c. Beef Trachea, optional
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 c. Marble Cheese, grated (topping)
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Beat Eggs in medium bowl
If melted Bacon Fat is hot, run hand mixer while pouring into eggs
Add remaining ingredients except Marble Cheese, blend well
Pour onto 10" x 15" jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper/nonstick baking mat
Spread mixture evenly on pan, and break up any Meat Flour chunks that are left
Sprinkle Cheese on top of Bread
Bake 20 minutes
Remove from pan and baking mat, place on cooling rack
Using scissors or knife, cut into desired pieces
Place in sealed container and store in fridge
Enjoy!
