Ingredients
½ c. Meat Flour
½ c. Chicken, minced
2 Eggs
¼ c. Beef Trachea (optional)
2 tsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener (optional)
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor, mix
Scoop cookies onto a parchment paper covered cookie sheet
Flatten with spatula
Sprinkle a little extra Monk Fruit Sweetener on top of each cookie (optional)
Bake 350° 10-12 minutes
Cool on cooling rack
Store in a container with a lid in fridge
