Ingredients
1 c. Smoked Gouda Cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 ½ Tbsp. Beef Honeycomb Tripe, prepared and grated
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
2 Egg Yolks, raw
Preparation
In a bowl add Gouda Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Tripe and Sea Salt
Mix with hand lightly
Add Yolks, combine with fork well
Place on parchment paper covered 11 x 18 inch pan with sides
Spoon into 6 Bites
Spread out each Bite flat they will be about 3-4 inches round
Bake 350° oven 20 minutes
Place paper towel under each Bite to soak up extra grease on baking pan
Carefully they are hot
Eat warm or cold
