Tripe Cheese Bread

Ingredients

8 Eggs, raw

1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese

½ c. Chicken, minced

½ c. Cream Cheese

½ c. Beef Honey Comb Tripe, ground (optional)

½ c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

1 Garlic clove, chopped (optional)

½ tsp. Sea Salt

1 1/2 c. Marble Cheese, grated

Preparation

Add all ingredients into the food processor except for the Marble Cheese

Beat well


Pour onto a parchment paper or non-stick baking mat 12x18 pan with sides

Level batter

Sprinkle Marble Cheese on top

Bake 350° - 35 minutes


Move bread with parchment paper onto cooling sheet, pull sides down

Wait 5 minutes then take off parchment paper

Cut into 12 pieces


~Enjoy or store in a sealed container or when completely cool place parchment paper between bread slices and vacuum pack and store in freezer.

~To reheat these bread slices throw them on a hot lightly buttered frying pan and crisp up both sides

~Great for sandwiches
