Ingredients
What you need:
Bread
8 Eggs, raw
1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese (page —)
1/2 c. Chicken, minced (page —)
1/2 c. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Beef Honey Comb Tripe, ground (optional) (page —)
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Garlic clove, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Topping
1 1/2 c. Marble Cheese, grated
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Beat bread ingredients well with food processor
Pour onto 12" x 18" jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper and a nonstick baking mat
Level batter
Sprinkle Marble Cheese on top
Bake 35 minutes
Move bread with parchment paper onto cooling sheet, Peel down sides
Wait 5 minutes before removinge parchment paper
Cut into 12 pieces

Note:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Enjoy or store in sealed container, or when completely cools, place parchment paper between bread slices, vacuum pack, and store in freezer
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To reheat the bread , throw them on a lightly buttered hot frying pan and crisp both sides
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Great for sandwiches
