Ingredients
1 c. Cottage Cheese
6 Eggs
4 oz. Ground Beef (raw)
1 c. Tripe, prepared and ground
½ tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Place Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Ground Beef, ½ c. Tripe, and Sea Salt in blender, blend well
Pour mixture into a bowl
Fold in 1/2c. Tripe
Heat frying pan with beef tallow
Pour 1/8 cup of pancake mix onto hot frying pan
When pancakes lose their pink and turn more tan flip them
Let other side brown lightly
Move to plate, or cool and store in fridge in sealed container
Enjoy!!
Makes 18 – 1/8cup pancakes
