About the Recipe
The ground up Tripe adds a bit of a buttered flavor to the burgers

Ingredients
1.8 lb. Ground Beef, raw
1 c. Beef Tripe, prepared and Ground
1 ½ tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven 350°
Combine all above ingredients
Divide into 6 equal portions, Approx. 4.7- 4.8 oz.
Use burger press and pack firmly
Place burgers on parchment paper sided pan
Bake 25-26 minutes
