Ingredients
What you need:
4 Eggs
3/4 c. Sour Cream
1/4 c. Heavy Cream
133g. White Tuna, drained, mashed
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Dill (optional)
1/4 tsp. Oregano (optional)
1 c. Swiss Cheese, grated
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Butter 9” pie pan
In bowl beat Eggs until frothy
Add Sour Cream, Cream, Sea Salt, Dill, Oregano
Drain Tuna, mash
Add to egg mixture
Add Swiss Cheese, stir
Pour into prepared pie pan making sure Cheese does not clump in one spot
Bake 40 - 45 minutes
Insert knife near center, comes out clean it is done, if not bake another 5 minutes
Serve
