Ingredients
What you need:
4 Eggs
¾ c. Sour Cream
½ c. Heavy Cream
1 c. Swiss Cheese, grated
133g. White Tuna
½ tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. Dill
¼ tsp. Oregano
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°
Butter 10” pie pan
In bowl beat Eggs until frothy
Add Sour Cream, Cream, Sea Salt, Dill, Oregano
Drain Tuna, mash
Add to egg mixture
Add Swiss Cheese, stir
Pour into prepared pie pan
Bake 30-40 minutes
Insert knife near center, comes out clean it is done, if not bake another 5 minutes
Serve
