About the Recipe

Ingredients
Quiche Filling:
6 Eggs
1 c. Beef Wieners, slices
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
½ c. Heavy Cream
½ Tbsp. Mustard (optional)
½ tsp. Sea Salt
1 c. Marble Cheese, grated
Topping:
1c. Marble Cheese, grated
¼ c Feta Cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven 350°
10” baking pie pan, buttered
Boil wieners in pot of water
While they are boiling work on Egg mixture
Put Eggs into a bowl and beat well with a mixer
Add melted Butter, Heavy Cream, Mustard, and Sea Salt
Mix well
Take Wieners out of water and cut into approx. ½ inch rounds (careful they are hot)
Add Cheese and Wiener slices to egg mixture
Stir with spatula
Pour into prepared pie pan
Distribute wiener slices and cheese equally in Quiche
Scatter Toppings on Quiche
Bake 45 minutes
Insert knife in center if it comes out clean it is cooked if not place back in oven for 2-3 more minutes
Cut & Serve
Store leftovers in a lidded container in the fridge
