Ingredients
2 c. Almond Flour
½ c. Cassava Flour
¼ c. Avocado Oil
1 c. Cottage Cheese, dry curd
1 tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
3 Eggs
½ c. Nut Milk
Preparation
Preheat oven 350
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend well
Place in a parchment paper lined loaf pan. 9 ¼ x 5 ¼ inch
Bake for 45 min
Remove from oven and pan, place on a wire rack to cool
Store in a sealed bag in fridge
