Ingredients
What you need:
1 Avocado, (100 grams) ripe, skinned and pitted
1 Egg Replacement
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 c. Monk Fruit Sweetener Golden
1/4 c Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 c. Banana Flour
1/4 c. Â Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 325° F
Add all ingredients into a food processor (except chocolate chips) and mix well
Pulse in chocolate chips
Pan cookie dough on a parchment paper cookie sheet using cookie scoop
Bake 20 min (rotate after 10 min)
Let sit on pan to cool a little
Move to a cooling rack carefully
Enjoy
