Ingredients
5 Eggs
¾ c. Nut Milk
1 ½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil melted
2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
1/8 c. Coconut, dried unsweetened
1 tsp. Coconut Extract
½ tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
Pinch Sea Salt
¾ - 1 c. Blackberries, frozen
Preparation
Coconut oiled 10-inch pie pan
Preheat oven to 350
Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl with a blender
Add dry ingredients beat
Add Nut Milk, Vanilla Extract and Dried Coconut, beat
Add melted Coconut Oil, beat
Pour into your greased pie pan
Place Blackberries on your pie
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Insert a knife to check for doneness if it comes out clean your pie is done if not bake 3-4 more minutes
