Ingredients
9-10 oz. Butternut squash
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 ½ tsp. Lemon Juice
2 ½ Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
2 Tbsp. Beef Gelatin
2 tsp. Dill, dried
½ tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Place sliced squash in a pot covered with water
Boil until tender, drain discard water
While the Butternut Squash is cooking place Butter Flavored Coconut Oil, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt in a blender
Place hot drained Butternut Squash in blender
Blend well, you may need to scrape blender a couple times
When it is blended and still running put in the Nutritional Yeast, Beef Gelatin and Dill
Blend well
Pour into 8x8 parchment covered baking dish
Place in fridge for 4-5 hours
Cut with the knife into desired pieces
Place in a lidded container
Store in fridge
