Ingredients
1 c Cashews, soaked overnight
1/4 c Water, room temp.
1/8 c. Nut Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Powdered Monk Fruit Sweeteners
Preparation
Soak nuts overnight, drain and rinse before using
In the small jug of a high speed blender add all ingredients
Blend until smooth (60 seconds or so)
Store in fridge in a covered container
