Ingredients
1 c. Cashews
½ c. Water
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Cherry Extract
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ c. Cherries = 11 Cherries
1 oz. Medjool Dates = 2
1 1/4 c. Avocado Oil
Preparation
Put Cashews in a bowl cover with water overnight
Drain and rinse Cashews
Place Cashews in a blender
Add Water, blend until smooth
Add rest of ingredients except for Avocado Oil blend until smooth
Add Avocado Oil slowly
Pour into jar with lid store in fridge.
Makes approx. 3 cups
~Before adding Cherries cut them in half to make sure all the stones are not taken out.
