About the Recipe

What you need:

1 c. Heavy Cream

½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

½ tsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener or like

1 Banana 3 oz.

1 ½ Tbsp. Cacao

What to do:

Place Heavy Cream in bowl

Using mixer beat until Cream starts to thicken

Add Vanilla Extract and Sweetener

Mix

Add Banana and Cacao

Mix lightly, finish off mixing with spatula not to over mix cream

Serve or use as topping for puddings or in parfait
