Ingredients
10 oz. Butternut Squash raw
¼ c. Seed or Nut Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon (optional)
2 Tbsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener
6 oz. Avocado
½ c. Cacao
½ tsp. Salt
Preparation
Peel and cut Butternut Squash into cubes put in a pot with a water and boil till tender. Discard water and you can allow to cool or put the Squash into a food processor
Add remaining ingredients are blended and smooth
Eat or pour into a bowl and refrigerate uncovered until cold them put a lid on pudding and store in fridge
Makes 2 cups
