About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 c. Graham Crackers, crushed, Gluten Free, Kinnikinnick
½ c. Cookie Crumbs, crushed, Gluten Free, Oreo type Kinnikinnick
¼ c. Coconut Oil
2-3 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
227 g Dairy Free Cream Cheese
Preparation
In a food processor add Graham Crackers, Cookie Crumbs and Coconut Oil
Mix well
Add Coconut Flour to make dough not so wet
Smooth out dough on a parchment paper pan
Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes
Let cool 10 minutes
Place baked mixture into food processor
Add 227 g of dairy free cheese
Mix until well mixed
On a parchment paper plate place mixture and spread out a little to firm up
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Using a Tablespoon to measure out cookies, scoop out cookies and place them on parchment paper plate
Lightly roll cookies and place back on parchment paper and in the fridge for 10 minutes
Roll cookies in your favorite toppings
-toasted coconut – cookie crumbs – mini chips – graham cracker crumbs
