Chocolate Egg Custard

About the Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Cream Cheese, room temp.

1/2 c. Yogurt, full fat plain or Vanilla

1/2 c. Heavy Cream

4 Eggs

1/4 c. Cacao powder

1 1/2 Tbsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven 325°F

Place 3 Ramekin dishes on baking sheet

Place Cream Cheese in bowl, beat with mixer

Add Yogurt and Heavy Cream beat well

Add Eggs one at a time, beat after each addition

Add remaining ingredients and beat well 

Divide into 3 Ramekin dishes

Bake for 45-50 min

Shut off oven, leave in oven for 1 hour

They do shrink some, top with whipped heavy cream

Eat warm or cold

Enjoy
