Ingredients
10 oz. Persimmon, pealed
2 Tbsp. Cacao powder
1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Place Persimmon in blender, blend
Add remaining ingredients and blend well
Serve or pour into a sealed dish
