Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1Tbsp. Coconut unsweetened dried
.9 oz. Macadamia nuts or Brazil nuts, chopped
Small pinch of sea salt
Preparation
All ingredients at room temp.
Mix all ingredients together with a fork in a small bowl
You don’t need any sweetener for this the sea salt makes it taste amazing
A great way to get some extra fat in and feel like you are eating dessert
If nut free diet use - 2 Tbsp. Hemp Heart Seeds to substitute nuts
Blue bowl - top left Hemp Seeds
Yellow bowl - top right Brazil nut
Green bowl - bottom Macadamia nut
