Dill Pickle Pumpkin Seed Mayo

About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup soaked overnight, Pumpkin Seeds drained and rinsed

1/2c. Pickle Juice

1½ tsp Mustard

1 ½ tsp sea salt

1 Drops Young Living Essential Black Pepper (optional)

1/2 Tbsp. Dried Dill


2 Dill pickles chopped up

1 1/3 c. Avocado Oil

Preparation

Add all ingredients except Avocado Oil and Pickles in blender


Blend till smooth and creamy, make sure all seed chunks are gone

Test this by removing some from a stopped blender and feeling it between your thumb and forefinger


Blend on slowest speed, scrape down sides and add in oil mixture slowly

Blend in all oil add Pickle pieces and blend just a little you still want pickle pieces


Pour into an air tight container and store in refrigerator.
