Ingredients
13 oz. Cauliflower
13 oz. Cabbage, green
5 oz. Carrot
4 ½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil, Butter or Beef Tallow
½ tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Onion, dried chopped
Preparation
Grate Cauliflower, Cabbage and Carrot
On medium heat place 1 ½ Tbsp. of Fat in large frying pan, heat pan
Add grated vegetables
Stir, let fry 2-3 minutes
Add 1 ½ Tbsp. of Fat Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Dried Onion Pieces
Stir, let fry 2-3 minutes
Add 1 ½ Tbsp. Fat
Stir, fry until slaw’s crunch is gone
Serve
