Hazelnut Cherry Bread

About the Recipe

Ingredients

2c. Hazelnuts

½ c. Rolled Oats, gluten free

2 Tbsp. Hemp Hearts

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

5 Eggs

1/4 c Avocado Oil

1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1 tsp. Cherry Extract

1/3 c. Frozen Cherries, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven 350°F

Place dry ingredients into food processor, beat well to make flour

Add wet ingredients, not Cherries

Blend until mixed (don’t overbeat)

Add chopped Cherries and pulse

Pour into a 9” x 5” parchment paper covered loaf pan

Bake 45-50 minutes

Move to a cooling rack, remove loaf pan and parchment paper

Let rest until cold

Cut and store in a sealed container or bag in fridge
