Hazelnut Cherry Bread

About the Recipe

Ingredients

2c. Hazelnuts

½ c. Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp. Hemp

½ tsp. Sea Salt

1 tsp. Baking Soda

½ tsp. Xanthan Gum

5 Eggs

¼ c Avocado Oil

½ Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1 tsp. Cherry Extract

1/3 c. Frozen Cherries, chopped

Preparation

Place dry ingredients into food processor

Beat well  


Add wet ingredients

Blend until mixed (don’t overbeat)


Add chopped Cherries and pulse


Pour into a 9  x 5  parchment paper covered loaf pan

Bake in a 350° oven

45-50 minutes


Move to a cooling rack, remove loaf pan and parchment paper

Let rest until cold

Cut and store in a sealed container or bag in fridge
