Ingredients
200 g Organic creamed Coconut unsweetened
¼ c Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Lime Rind
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice (if it is close to 1 Tbsp. use it)
2 Tbsp. Nut Butter
1 ½ c Coconut, Unsweetened Flakes
2/3 c Coconut Oil
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/3 c Nut Butter
Preparation
Mix first 4 ingredients together in a food processor till combined
Spoon Lime mixture into 14 parchment paper lined muffin tins, (approx. 1 ½ Tbsp.)
Freeze until firm
Add next 5 ingredients to make Coconut mixture
Spoon Coconut mixture (approx. 1 1/2Tbsp.) on top of hardened Lime mixture
Sprinkle leftover grate Lime Rind on top of each fat bomb
Refrigerate or Freeze until firm
Store in lidded container in fridge or freezer
