Ingredients
40 Chicken Wings
¼ c. Butter Flavored Coconut Oil
¼ c. Mustard
1 ½ Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. Dill, dried
Preparation
Preheat oven 350°
Use 2 - 9 x 13 glass baking dishes
Arrange 40 chicken wings between cooking dishes
Place all ingredients into a small pot
Heat until Coconut Oil is barely melted
Shut off heat
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk
Using a pastry brush, brush mixture onto chicken wings
Place in heated oven for 1 ½ hours
Serve
~if you can do dairy change Coconut Oil for Butter
~if you are KETO and don’t want the Maple Syrup leave it out just as tasty without
