About the Recipe

Ingredients

11 oz. Mushrooms

2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

3 oz. Onion

1.5 oz. Macadamia Nuts

100 g. Dairy Free Cream Cheese

1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

Preparation

Slice mushrooms

In a frying pan melt Butter flavored coconut oil add mushrooms and onions

Sautee


In a food processor add hot sautéed mushroom/onion mixture

With all the rest of the ingredients

Beat well


Place in a parchment paper covered loaf pan 8x3

Level out pate mixture and place in fridge overnight


Cut into pieces and move to a container with a lid to store in fridge
