About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Hemp Hearts

¾ c. Water


2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Garlic Clove chopped

2 tsp. Mustard

1 ½ tsp. Salt

¼ tsp. White Pepper

4 Drops Black Pepper Essential oil


1 1/4 c. Avocado Oil

Preparation

Place the hemp hearts and water in a blender

Soak 5 minutes

Add next 7 ingredients


Blend until smooth

Scrape down sides of blender

Then slowly add Avocado Oil it should take about 1 1/2 minutes or so


Pour into a jar, cover and store in the fridge
