About the Recipe

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

1 3/4 c. Almond Flour

1/8 c. Coconut Flour

1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Nutmeg

 

Wet Ingredients:

6 Eggs

1/2 c Pumpkin Pure, canned mashed

1/8 c. Butter or Ghee, melted

3/4 c. minus 1 1/2Tbsp. Milk or Nut Milk

1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Preparation

Preheat oven 350°F

In bowl add dry ingredients, mix with spatula, set aside

Mix wet ingredients together with mixer

Fold dry ingredients into wet with spatula

Pour into a 9” x 5” parchment paper loaf pan

Bake 55 minutes

Remove bread from pan let sit on cooling rack 5-10 minutes

Remove parchment paper from under bread cool completely

Cool on wire rack

When completely cool, cut and serve

Store in fridge in closed bag or container
