Ingredients
What you need:
1c. Milk or Coconut Milk, canned
1c. Pumpkin pure, canned
250 g. Cream Cheese or 1 container dairy free Cream Cheese
1/4 c. + 1/8c. Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Monk Fruit Sweetener or similar
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
What to do:
Add first 4 ingredients into food processor and blend
Add remaining ingredients and blend well
Move to serving dishes or bowl with lid and store in fridge
Enjoy
