Ingredients
2 Bell Peppers, Large
3 Asparagus spears, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 ½ c. Beef, ground fried
1 Tbsp. Butter
½ c. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
½ c. Marble Cheese, grated
¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Preparation
Wash Peppers, cut the top off the peppers and clean the insides out
Chop the top of the Peppers
Place Butter, chopped Peppers, Asparagus, Garlic, and Ground Beef into a hot frying pan
Sauté
Butter a glass loaf pan
Put ¼ c. Marble Cheese into each of the two Peppers
Fill with sautéed filling
Top with ¼ c. Mozzarella Cheese on each of the two Peppers
Top with ¼ c. Cheddar Cheese on each of the two Peppers
Move 2 Peppers to the prepared glass loaf pan
Place in a preheated oven 350
Bake for 45 minutes
Turn oven to Broil
Leave in 3-4 minutes
Remove from oven and serve
