Ingredients
Coffee
1/2 -1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
2 tsp. Beef Gelatin Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 c. Boiled Water
1 c. Cold Water
Topping
1 Tbsp. Brown Butter, room temp. (optional)
1 c. Heavy Cream
Preparation
Coffee
Place Instant Coffee, Beef Gelatin, and Sea Salt in bowl
Add boiled Water
Whisk off and on for 5 minutes. About 3-4 times
Whisk until frothy each time
Pour in Cold Water, whisk
Pour into serving cups or leave it in mixing bowl
Place in fridge 4 1/2 - 5 hours until firm
Topping
Place Brown Butter in bowl and beat with hand mixer
Add Heavy Cream and beat until soft peak
Place spoonful or two on each Jelled Coffee and serve or mix slightly and serve
